I. Core Characteristics


1. Extreme climate adaptability


Adopting light steel keel frame and plate rib structure system, it can withstand grade 12 typhoon (wind speed ≥70m/s), encrypting keel spacing (≤400mm) and configuring wind-resistant clip fasteners on roof, and adopting impact-resistant calcium silicate board (flexural strength ≥8MPa) on the external wall surface to enhance the overall wind-resistant performance.

The foundation is designed with pre-buried anchor bolts (depth ≥1.2m) and wind-resistant cables to enhance the anchoring stability of the building and the foundation.


The steel material has excellent ductility and absorbs seismic energy through flexible deformation, which can withstand a 9-degree earthquake (0.4g acceleration), and the degree of structural damage is about 60% lower than that of traditional brick-concrete buildings.

Multi-bay truss + redundant bracing design, single point failure does not affect the overall safety.


2. Corrosion and Moisture Resistant Design


The main body adopts aluminum-zinc-plated light steel keel (plating ≥275g/㎡), and the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin layer to form a tetrameric crystalline barrier, with salt spray corrosion resistance life of ≥50 years.

Doors and windows adopt bridge-breaking aluminum + double-layer Low-E glass (thickness ≥5+5mm) to reduce condensation infiltration.


One-way breathing paper moisture-proof layer is set on the wall to isolate outdoor moisture and discharge indoor moisture, and the foundation is paved with SBS coil moisture-proof layer to reduce the risk of salt spray erosion.

The roof is designed with a slope of 30° or more + siphon drainage pipes, and the permeable concrete layer on the ground prevents water infiltration.


3. Efficient construction and low maintenance cost


Factory prefabricated lightweight steel components, the main frame of 200㎡ villa is completed in 15-20 days, and the overall construction cycle is 50% shorter than that of traditional construction.


The comprehensive cost is 1400-1800 RMB/㎡ (including foundation), and the maintenance cost is only 1/3 of that of brick-concrete structure.

Localized damage can be repaired by replacing prefabricated modules without large-scale demolition.


4. Environmental Protection and Comfort


The thermal insulation layer is filled with rock wool (thermal resistance value ≥4.24K-m²/W) or glass wool, adapted to high humidity climate, and energy consumption is 30%-40% lower than that of traditional buildings.

The material can be recycled up to 80%-100%, reducing construction waste.


Sound insulation ≥65dB for exterior walls and ≥44dB for interior walls, with double-layer Low-E glass doors and windows to reduce outdoor noise interference.

The utilization rate of indoor space is up to 90%, with thin walls and large span, and the design is flexible to meet personalized needs.

III. Optimization of coastal adaptation technology


Aluminum-zinc-plated steel skeleton surface sprayed with epoxy resin layer enhances salt spray resistance; doors and windows adopt bridge-breaking aluminum + double-layer Low-E glass (thickness ≥5+5mm) to reduce the risk of condensation.


The foundation is pre-buried with ground bolts (depth ≥1.2m), and additional wind-resistant cables are installed on the roof; the external wall surface layer adopts impact-resistant calcium silicate board (flexural strength ≥8MPa).
