Main frame
Aluminum-zinc-plated light steel keel (tensile strength ≥550MPa), molded by cold rolling process, factory prefabrication rate of more than 80%, forming a “cage-type” load-bearing structure, suitable for buildings of less than 6 floors.
The nodes are flexibly connected by bolts or self-tapping screws, and the seismic resistance level reaches 9 degrees (0.4g seismic acceleration), which can disperse seismic energy.
Configuration of energy-saving and heat-insulating materials
Wall: light steel skeleton + 9mm OSB board + 50mm glass wool (capacity 15kg/m³) + 12mm calcium silicate board, with a total thickness of about 200mm, and a thermal resistance value of 4.24K-m²/W, with thermal insulation performance twice that of traditional brick walls.
Roof: 12mm OSB board + SBS waterproofing membrane + light steel truss, filled with 50mm graphite polystyrene board (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.033W/(m-K)), snow pressure resistance ≥ 1.55kN/㎡.
Doors and windows: double-layer hollow Low-E glass (heat transfer coefficient ≤1.5W/(m²-K)) + broken-bridge aluminum profile to reduce the cold and heat bridge effect.
