I. Core structure design


Main frame:

Adopting G550 grade aluminum-zinc-plated steel (yield strength ≥550MPa), molded by cold-rolling process, with galvanized layer thickness of 80-120 microns, corrosion-resistant life of over 50 years.

The frame is made of C-type steel or H-type steel as columns, with corrugated steel cast-in-place floor slabs, with a second-floor floor loading capacity of 1 ton/㎡.


Connection process:

Self-tapping screws are assembled in a dry method, and the seismic performance reaches above grade 9 and the wind resistance grade ≥12.



II. Materials and Parameters


Wall: IEC self-insulated wall (OSB board + fiberglass wool + calcium silicate board), heat transfer coefficient ≤ 0.3W/(m²-K), sound insulation ≥ 65dB Winter indoor/outdoor temperature difference ≤ 5°C

Roof: Photovoltaic integrated metal tiles (average daily power generation 15kWh/㎡) or asphalt shingles Waterproof life ≥ 30 years

1. Suitability for use

Define the use of the building (e.g., residential, commercial or industrial), and there are significant differences in the requirements for span, floor height and load capacity in different scenarios. 2. Seismic and wind-resistant performance
