Solution:
Use pipe unclogging agent (bio-enzyme type is more environmentally friendly) to dissolve the blockage;

Interruption of shower hot water supply
Failure causes: scale buildup on the heating pipe of instantaneous water heater, malfunction of water flow sensor.

Clean the heating pipe with a citric acid solution cycle (at least 1 time per year);
Calibrate or replace the water flow sensor.

Failure causes: moisture in calcium silicate boards, insufficient ventilation in bathrooms leading to condensation buildup.
Solution:
Increase the power of the exhaust fan (recommended air exchange ≥ 50m³/h) and extend the running time;
Shovel out the moldy area, paint anti-mold primer and then repair the finish layer.
Outer heat preservation layer falling off
Failure causes: polyurethane foam layer and steel plate bonding failure, salt spray corrosion in coastal areas.
Solution:
Remove the hollow drum parts, re-spray polyurethane and cover galvanized steel sheathing;
Check the box coating every year, partially reapply epoxy zinc-rich primer.
V. Intelligent system and safety monitoring
False triggering of smoke/water leakage alarm
Failure reason: Sensor sensitivity is set too high or improper installation position.
Solution:
Adjust the sensor sensitivity level (kitchen is recommended to be set to mid-range);
Avoid direct steam injection area to install smoke sensor (≥1.5 meters from the cooktop).
